What time is check-in / check-out?
Most properties the check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. However we do offer late check out and early check-in for an extra charge. Just ask!
Are pets allowed?
Most the properties do allow pets. However there is an additional charge for each pet which could be up to $350 for each pet and a maximum number of pets allowed at the property. Each property is dependent on what the owner has decided. Please message or call us for further information before booking.
What is included in the home?
Each property has different amenities that are included with the property. However most have family games, cards, kids books, basic cooking supplies, fire starters, play pens, and many other items. If there is something specific you are needing for your stay, Just ask! We have no problem accommodating within reason.
Is there 24/7 support?
Yes, absolutely there is. When there is an emergency and you are staying at one of our properties there is 24/7, 365 support. We are managed locally and have people within 15-30 minutes of each property available to help with any type of emergency need.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us directly for our cancellation policy. Depending on how the reservation was booked (Online Travel Agencies "OTA" or Direct) can depend on how the cancellation process and policy can apply. And YES that can differ between OTA's as well. So just give us a call and we can better explain.
