Lindsay moved to Montana as a child in 1998 and graduated from Flathead High School later on. After graduation, she relocated west and immediately started in property management in the big city of Portland, Oregon in 2005. For over 20 years, Lindsay has worked with single family and multi-family homes in the Portland metro area along with the Flathead Valley.

What began with a focus on creating exceptional vacation rental experiences has grown into a full-service property management company serving short-term, long-term, and multifamily properties throughout the Flathead Valley.

Today, Lindsay leads a team dedicated to helping owners and investors maximize their properties through strategic management, thoughtful marketing, and strong local relationships. She works closely with property owners to showcase their homes to travelers from around the world while also supporting residents looking for quality long-term housing in Northwest Montana.

I’m incredibly grateful to live and work in the Flathead Valley — raising my family here, away from the pace of the city, has been one of life’s greatest blessings. Since returning home, my life has grown in the most meaningful ways. I recently married my husband, Nix, and together we’ve built a beautiful blended family. Along with my son Cooper, I gained four amazing sons through Nix, and our home is now filled with energy, adventure, and a whole lot of teamwork.
Cooper and I have always loved anything on the water — boating, tubing, kayaking, and swimming are staples of our Montana summers. As he steps into his teenage years, he stays busy with church and just about every sport imaginable. Family and community continue to be at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

Nix has also become an essential part of the evolution of True North Management. As the owner of NixFix LLC and our Property Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Project Manager, he has helped bridge the gap between operations and maintenance — allowing us to streamline projects, strengthen vendor relationships, and create a more efficient experience for our owners, guests, and residents. Together, we’ve been able to expand True North into long-term, short-term, and multifamily management with systems that truly support growth.

Outside of work, I love the expanding music scene in the valley, spending time on patios with friends, and being out in nature whenever possible. I stay active in my church, focus on my health and wellbeing, and feel incredibly thankful for the support system of family and friends that has allowed me to pursue my dream of business ownership. Coming back to the valley as an adult came with challenges, but building a life, a family, and a company here has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

As an up and coming property manager and leasing agent, Simone Hall plays a vital role in True North Management. Drawing from her experience as a licensed Realtor here in the Flathead Valley,she brings her passion, high focus, and sharp attention to detail to help renters of all types in a highly focused search for their next new home with one of the many True North Management properties. Her experience includes long term family rentals, vacation rentals and special event venue management.
Daughter to a hard working Remodeling Contractor and successful Flathead Valley Realtor, when she’s not in the office, she’s busy enjoying life and all it brings. Whether it’s exploring nature at one of the many parks in the valley, or enjoying live music over a fabulous meal, Simone loves celebrating life’s best moments with family & friends. As a Property Manager, she extends that love for celebration and life to her community through her passion for people and Property Management.

Recognized for her passion and leadership early on, Khrysta was honored as Runner-Up for Rookie of the Year by the Northwestern Montana Realtors Association and now proudly serves as Chair of the NMAR Young Professionals Network (YPN)—a role that reflects her commitment to supporting and elevating her peers in the industry.

Nix Archuleta serves as True North Management’s Property Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Project Manager, overseeing the systems that keep both long-term and short-term rental properties running smoothly behind the scenes. As the owner of NixFix LLC and a licensed General Contractor, Nix brings extensive hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and large-scale project coordination across the Flathead Valley.
Nix leads True North’s on-call and in-house maintenance department, ensuring that repairs, improvements, and property upgrades are handled efficiently and professionally. From emergency maintenance response to full project oversight, he coordinates closely with trusted vendors and internal teams to keep timelines clear, communication strong, and quality standards high.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and steady leadership, Nix plays a critical role in supporting property owners, guests, and tenants alike. His ability to bridge operations, construction expertise, and clear communication helps True North Management deliver reliable service and seamless property care — making him an essential part of the team’s success every day.

SANDY COTHRAN
Sandy Cothran brings a well-rounded background in both long-term property management and short-term rental operations, making her an integral part of the True North Management team. As a cross-trained Leasing Assistant and Short-Term Rental Assistant, Sandy supports property owners and guests with a detail-focused, service-driven approach that reflects True North’s commitment to professionalism and care.
With hands-on experience in hospitality as a part owner of a professional cleaning company, Sandy understands the importance of presentation, efficiency, and creating a positive guest and resident experience. Her operational knowledge bridges the gap between day-to-day leasing support and the fast-paced needs of vacation rental management — from coordination and communication to maintaining high property standards.
In addition to her hospitality background, Sandy is a fully licensed property manager, bringing industry knowledge and compliance awareness to every aspect of her role.
