"True North Management was built with relationships being at the core of who we are. We have the big city experience with the heart of our hometown."
LINDSAY ARCHULETA
Professional Recognition & Credentials
Lindsay moved to Montana in 1998 and graduated from Flathead High School. She started in property management in Portland, Oregon in 2005 and spent more than 20 years managing single-family and multifamily homes in the Portland metro area and the Flathead Valley before bringing that experience home.
What began with vacation rentals has grown into a full-service company managing short-term, long-term, and multifamily properties. Today Lindsay and her husband Nix run True North together, raising their family a few minutes from most of the properties we manage.
That means your manager isn't a call center in another state. Nix is a licensed contractor who runs our in-house maintenance team, so repairs get handled by people who know your property. We know the local rental market, the vendors worth calling, and what it takes to keep a home in good shape through a Montana winter.

I'm incredibly grateful to live and work in the Flathead Valley. Since coming home, I married my husband Nix, and together we've built a blended family with my son Cooper and Nix's four boys. Our house is full of energy, adventure, and a whole lot of teamwork.
Summers are for the water: boating, tubing, kayaking, and swimming. I love the valley's growing music scene, patios with friends, and getting outside whenever I can. Building a life, a family, and a company here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Let's talk business over coffee, or a vodka soda. Cheers.
